A transparent selection process for students appearing in our Admission Test to join a Clear Exam Classroom Program. Students are selected on the basis of the merit of their performance in our Admission Test, and not through a first-come-first-serve basis.
Admission Process

Through Direct Admission

Direct Admission is only applicable to the teaching domain i.e. for classroom programs for CTET/DSSSB/KVS. For other domains admission will only be through Admission Test.
 

Not every student will be able to appreciate the extra load. By way of admission test we endeavour to ensure students have sufficient base knowledge to appreciate the program. Moreover, we have limited seats to offer.

Through Admission Test*

Students who are willing to join our Classroom Programs have to appear for an admission test conducted by Clear Exam. Based on the performance in the admission test various tailored classroom programs along with tuition fee scholarships (based on the scholarship rule) will be offered according to his/her class.

How to get (Offline) Application Form?

The Application Form can be received by hand from any of our Branches, Franchise or Information Centres, if it is being requested to the counsellor at the institute.

The Application Form can be received by Post from our Corporate Office at Delhi, if you have requested on Phone, SMS or e-mail to us.

OR

And it can also be downloaded from our website by clicking on Download Application Form.

How to deposit (Offline) Application Form?

The envelope containing Offline Application Form with last annual exams’ mark sheets, four recent passport size photographs and Demand Draft for particular course can be submitted at Front-office directly by hand at any of the Branches, Franchise or Information Centres of your choice.

OR

The Application Form with required document can be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier to: Success Mantra Foundation, E-359, 2nd Floor, Nirman Vihar, Metro Station Gate No. 3, Delhi, 110092, Ph: 9811560490 so that it reaches us on time.

  • The upgraded grades (A1* or A1**) will not be considered for the scholarship.
  • For scholarship based on board/marks/grade/CGPA, those students who are from UP board, Bihar board have 5% relaxation in marks.
  • For scholarship based on board/marks/grade/CGPA , those student who are from Andhra Pradesh board, Maharashtra board, Anglo Indian, Kerala, Telangana and Tamil Nadu required 3 % more marks then CBSE board,.

(iii) On the basis of Clear Exam Admission-cum-Scholarship Tests

According to the scholarship slab of the respective admission-cum-scholarship test. Refer to their respective webpages for more information

Note

In category ‘C’ (i, ii, iii) only one scholarship can avail whichever is maximum.
The scholarship of category A, B, C can be clubbed.
Scholarship means: Tuition Fee concession, Tuition Fee discount, Tuition Fee waiver.
If at any point of time Govt. decided to charge any kind of tax on scholarship/ fee concession/fee discount/ fee waiver and on prize money, then the tax implemented by govt. shall be borne by the student.
Sum of scholarship or scholarship will not exceed 100 % of the tuition fee in any case.
A student can appear 2nd time in Clear Exam admission cum scholarship test after making payment of Rs. 500/- but his / her scholarship obtained in last Clear Exam admission cum scholarship test will be degraded by one slab according to scholarship slab.
In any case no student can appear for Clear Exam admission cum scholarship test more than 2 times in an academic year.
If board result is awaited then student can take admission on the basis of Clear Exam admission cum scholarship test, In case if student got more scholarship according to board result or any Olympiad then he/she may apply for more scholarship and this extra scholarship given will be adjusted in the last instalment(s) of fee of the student.
For scholarship based on category C (ii) printout of result is to be submitted at the time of admission.
If board result is awaited then you can take admission on the basis of Clear Exam admission cum scholarship test, in case if you got more scholarship according to board result then you may apply with the application letter attached with marksheet (photocopy) of that exam which is relevant for more scholarship.

GST (Goods & Service Tax)

GST at the rate of 18% will be levied. If at any point of time, the Central Govt. further increases the rate of GST, the extra amount of GST will be borne by the students from the date of such increment.

Fee Refund Policy

Admission/Scholarship/Reward Test Fee Refund

No refund of Clear Exam Admission-cum-Scholarship Test (CAST) and Clear Exam Talent Support Test (CTST) Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

Registration Fee Refund

No refund of Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

 

Crash Course Fee Refund

No fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the Short Term Classroom Courses.

Refund Before Start of Course

If any student pays the fee for any course other than Crash Course and wants to withdraw/ask for refund before the commencement of classes/course in the institute, the Admission fee, Examination Fee and the 1st installment of tuition fee paid will be refunded along with PDCs submitted, if any. The registration fee will not be refunded.

Note:

  1. Refund Rules are applicable as per standard course fee structure only.
  2. Number of weeks for the calculation of fee refund amount will be calculated from the date of commencement of regular classes (Course/Batch) (As mentioned in the academic calender) till the date on which refund of fee is applied for.
  3. The date of commencement of classes will be considered as mentioned in the Academic Calendar and not from the date on which the student joins the institute/ attends the classes or deposits the fee even if he/she is a latecomer to the institute.
  4. If a student of two year program applies for REFUND of Fee, then the calculation of refund amount will be done on actual fee of applicable year (i.e. if student applies for refund in class XI then the refund calculation will be done on actual fee of class XI. Similarly, if student applies for refund in class XII, then the refund calculation will be done on actual fee of class XII Only.
  5. All Refund Rules will be applicable for academic session 2018-19 only.
  6. The similar pattern, as applicable, with respect to deduction and refund will be followed for all the courses.

Fee Refund Process

If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should follow the under mentioned steps:

  • Collect the pre-formatted application of fee refund from institute's fee counter and fill it completely.
  • Submit the filled-in refund application along with attachments (Original Fee Receipt(s), Original Identity Card and Study Material Coupons at Institute's Fee Counter.
  • Collect the Acknowledgment Receipt of Refund Application duly signed & stamped by institute's authority and keep it for future reference.
  • We issue the fee refund only by online mode by transfer through RTGS/NEFT to the Account No. provided in the Application Form.
  • The fee refund transfer shall be done within 14 working days from the refund application.
  • If the student/parents face any problem in the process of course fee refund; the office of Manager-Operations/ Centre Manager can be approached personally/telephonically or through letter/e-mail/fax etc.
  • The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute's policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the 'refund dates' are over, the institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail/fax shall also not be entertained.
  • Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
  • The Management of Clear Exam reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.
